1-Year Limited Warranty
At NovellaMate, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Every NovellaMate device comes with a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
If your device experiences a manufacturing defect or functional failure under normal use within one year, we will provide free repair or a free replacement, at our discretion.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use, including but not limited to:
Device fails to power on or function properly
Display malfunctions not caused by external damage
Internal hardware failures under normal operating conditions
Functional issues that prevent normal use of core features
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
Accidental damage (drops, impact, crushing, etc.)
Liquid exposure, moisture damage, or extreme humidity
Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly
Use of non-approved accessories or power supplies
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, normal wear and tear)
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage
Issues resulting from software modifications not provided by NovellaMate
Damage caused by natural disasters or external forces
