A: As of now, NovellaMate has over 180,000 time-related quotes, 150,000 weather-themed quotes and 90,000 inspirational lines and the number is continuously increasing everyday . We offer three types of quotes daily and you can swipe the screen to swith the 3 different types:
Time Quotes (updated every minute)
Weather Quotes (updated 3 times a day, with 10 quotes per update)
Inspiration Quotes (10 daily quotes curated based on your preferences)

Setup & Operation

A: No. NovellaMate is designed to be app-free. All interactions are handled through its touch interface — no smartphone required.

A: Upon setup, you can set your favorite authors, directors, themes, and styles. The intelligent algorithm will learn your preferences and refine your quote recommendations over time.

A: Yes. NovellaMate connects via Wi-Fi and automatically syncs your local time and weather to generate the appropriate quote content.

A: Not yet. We currently supports English only. But we are going to support French, German, and Spanish in the near future.
Hardware & Availability

A: NovellaMate does not have a battery. It is powered by an external DC adapter (included in the box), and designed to stay on your nightstand.

A: It measures about 18 × 12 × 6 cm and features a walnut and leather like appearance, 7” anti-glare touch display, and minimalist, vintage-inspired design.

Price & Return Policy

A: The price for Classic Model is $299, and Essential Model is $199.

A: No! Our sales price has included everything. You do not have to pay any other fees like shipping fees or custom duties.

A: No. you’ll receive lifetime access to quote updates at no extra charge.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a full refund and return. We’ll cover the return shipping cost .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
